A few patterns we've noticed in higher-end West Calgary builds:

- Vaulted ceilings are common. 10-foot ceilings in Cornerstone, Cityscape, and Skyview Ranch builds — full-height wardrobes that touch the ceiling read as architecture, not furniture.
- Basement secondary suites add up. NE has Calgary's highest share of homes with finished basement suites. Adding a real fitted wardrobe down there raises rental value meaningfully.
- Mudrooms see heavy use. NE commutes are long; gear comes in wet. Mudrooms with tall cabinets, hooks, and drying drawers earn their cost fast.
- Brushed nickel and black hardware lead. NE primary suites tend to favour clean modern hardware over brass — matches the contemporary architecture of the area.
