Silverado homes typically have 9-foot ceilings and primary closets framed in by the original builder. Clean install conditions, well-proportioned footprints, and a real chance to add the millwork the builder skipped.

Local insight: what works in Silverado homes
A few patterns we've noticed in higher-end West Calgary builds:
- Builder closets are bare. Most Silverado primary closets have a single shelf and a rod — we replace with a full fitted wardrobe in painted slab.
- 9- to 10-foot ceilings. Full-height wardrobes feel intentional; half-height ones leave dust-trap gaps.
- Basement built-ins. Many Silverado homes have finished basements ready for media units.
- Mudrooms by the garage. Standard Silverado garage entries fit a perfect tall-bench-tall layout.
